Z-Health®
Z-Health® is a neural re-training system that uses a system of joint specific exercises designed to not only improve joint function, but overall body coordination, agility and control. Done correctly, Dynamic joint Mobility (DJM) training can make you stronger, faster, more flexible and mobile more quickly than you would believe.
Although Z-Health® has only been taught publicly since June 2003 many of the foundational concepts are as old as the study of human physiology. As a result, Z-Health® is not a new fitness fad or a repackaged version of some other movement system. Instead, it is a holistic and scientific approach to rehabilitation of injury and the development of movement excellence. In a nutshell it is good science applied to body movement.
