BIO
Lauren Saracione has been teaching in the fitness industry since 2001. Her certifications include Fletcher Pilates®, AFFA® and YogaFit®. Lauren is also a Fletcher Pilates Facilitator, preparing students to be Pilates teachers, and is currently studying Yamuna Body Rolling™. Her “Joy” of movement has attracted many clients including pro-athletes, teens, adults and seniors. Whether teaching a high-energy mat class or breaking down client specific exercises, Lauren’s enthusiasm for movement and overall health is infectious.
What is Pilates?
Joseph Pilates named his system of movement “Body Contrology.” It incoporates exercises that improve muscle tone, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular health - improving posture, health and appearance.

Fletcher Pilates™?
Ron Fletcher was a student of the late Joseph and Clara Pilates and a dancer with the Martha Graham Company. He is widely respected and considered a “First Generation Master Teacher.” His contributions to the Pilates method include “Percussive Breathing” and Fletcher Towelwork®. His extensive dance background gives a unique and precise flow and rhythm to the standard Pilates program.
